VAT is included in the advertised prices, and not recoverable (Cheapatleast being a non-taxable micro-enterprise).
The prices of items for sale on this site exclude “postage”, processing or packaging costs.
By "shipping costs", we must understand the cost of packaging, the cost of shipping (collection and sending), the cost of managing the purchase (editing documents, invoicing, etc.) and the cost of commissions from banking intermediaries.
Shipments are made from mainland France for all items for which the announced delivery time is between 1 and 9 days. In general, unless otherwise indicated in the detailed descriptions of the items or on the home page of the site, orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Delivery times are approximate and given for information only, shipments are mainly made via La Poste for "tracked", "registered" and "parcel" modes, or via an external delivery service provider for international shipments or deliveries in relay.
If it is specified "IMPORT" or "import" on the product sheet and if the delivery times indicated are between 10 and 28 days, this implies that the item is not stored in France, our suppliers will then undertake to deliver to us as quickly as possible. In this case, the order may be shipped directly to the buyer by the supplier or manufacturer.
We are not responsible for the processing of ordered items once they have been shipped: delay, damage, loss, etc.
In the event of damage or loss of your order during its delivery, you should contact either La Poste which has set up a simplified complaints service (contact 3631 free of charge) and which has provided for compensation principles in certain cases; or from the service provider chosen by CHEAPATLEAST during shipping and whose contact details will be sent to you upon simple request.
In the event of a stock shortage or in the event that it is impossible to meet the announced delivery times, an email is sent to the buyer to inform them and offer them the possibility of canceling their order.
In the case of import on demand, the prices announced on CHEAPATLEAST are inclusive of freight forwarder fees, VAT and customs taxes. No fees can be claimed from you upon delivery!
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify, in the event of shipment abroad, that the items ordered comply with the regulations in force in the country, department or territory of destination.
We are not responsible in the event of customs seizure or detention and in these cases, orders will not be eligible for any refund.
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for events subsequent to the handling of the order by the carrier, whoever it may be.

Addendum Concerning Buyer Protection (Hamon Law):
Note: The following paragraphs concerning the right of withdrawal provide additional clarification and do not replace the general conditions of sale available on the site.
Since 13.06.2014, the right of withdrawal period is 14 days.
As long as the order has not been shipped, a customer can request the cancellation of their order by simple email.
When the order has already been shipped, to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the professional of his decision to withdraw using a “durable medium” (for example, written letter sent by post, email).
Please note that only the item(s) of the sale can be subject to withdrawal or refund! Under no circumstances will the shipping costs, transit or customs taxes and even less the outward and return shipping costs of the item(s) concerned, unless agreed with the seller.
IMPORTANT: the customer should know that Paypal does not reimburse the commissions they collect during any order payment.
Therefore, the 6% processing fee paid to Paypal will be deducted from any possible refund of an order canceled by the customer!
Any order canceled by CHEAPATLEAST is refunded 100%.
To avoid any misunderstanding, the item(s) subject to withdrawal must be returned to the seller indisputably (sending with a tracking number) and received in good condition. NEW, as initially delivered, with no trace of use, wear, dirt or degradation. It is accepted that only the packaging may show traces of handling.
It is therefore up to the buyer to do everything possible to ensure that the item(s) reach the seller without damage.
