All shipments are now with TRACKING number.
For the first item: 3.00 € destined for France, and € 0.90€ for the following.
The amount of shipping is decreasing on all product categories.

Since 2014/06/13, the withdrawal period is 14 days.
As long as the order is not shipped, a customer can request the cancellation of his order by simple email.
However, the customer should know that Paypal does not reimburse the commissions that they receive during any order payment.
So the 6% processing fee paid to Paypal will be deducted from any possible refund of an order canceled by the customer!
Any order canceled by CHEAPATLEAST is, for its part, 100% refunded.
When order is already shipped, to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify his decision to withdraw to the professional using a "durable form" (eg written letter sent by post, or e-mail).
Note that only item (s) of the order can be concern by withdrawal, in any case postage fees, freight forwarders fees or customs taxes and even less Return costs of item (s) are concerned, unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
To avoid any misunderstanding, good (s) subject of withdrawal must be returned to the seller in an indisputable way (sending with a tracking number) and sent in a NEW condition, as delivered initially, with no trace of using, wear or degradation.
